What is your mission?

Our mission is to provide a compassionate, comprehensive and professional relocation experience that is responsive to the unique needs of our clients and their families, and that strengthens family well-being and enhances quality of life.

How do I qualify for Housing 1 Source services?

Our services are available to anyone needing real estate services in the greater San Antonio area.

Can my civilian spouse use your services?

Of course.  In fact, we work with both military and civilian clients alike.

How do I sign up?

Fill out and submit the online “Get Moving” form or call us at 877-832-8518.

Then what?

Within 24 hours we’ll assign your Personal Relocation Specialist, who will assist you throughout your relocation.  You’ll meet with your Personal Relocation Specialist, by phone or in person, to talk about your relocation needs. From then on your Personal Relocation Specialist will be a reliable point of contact for information, support, resources, and connections throughout your relocation.

When will I hear from my Personal Relocation Specialist?

Your Personal Relocation Specialist will contact you within 1 business day of registering with Housing 1 Source.  If it has been more than 48 hours since the time of your registration, please call us at 877-832-8518.

What do I pay for Housing 1 Source services?

Nothing.  We provide our services at no cost to you.

Is Housing 1 Source a government agency?

No, we are an independently owned and licensed real estate agency established in 2010 to fill a need for real estate solutions in the greater San Antonio area.  We have served thousands of clients with a 99.6% satisfaction rating.

How does Housing 1 Source make money?

Our revenue comes from marketing fees and licensing agreements with our service providers.

Is my information secure with Housing 1 Source?

Yes.  We provide your information only to the service providers you approve.  We do not sell information to other businesses or agencies.

How does Housing 1 Source choose service providers?

We partner only with well-known, respected providers who have a proven track record for quality, reliability, and efficiency.  We also factor in their willingness to offer their very lowest prices to our clients.

Do I have to use all of the services that you offer?

No, that is why we have a menu of services.  You can pick and choose, tailored to meet your needs.  There are no sales representatives within our Center.  There is never an obligation to use any or all of our service providers.

Where are you located?

We are located in San Antonio at 1023 Rittiman Road, just outside the gates of Fort Sam Houston.  Currently we serve the greater San Antonio area. We are expanding to other major military and civilian markets in the near future.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday-Friday and Saturday's by appointment.  Our hours are 9:00am-5:00pm on Monday - Friday.

Do I need an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?

We encourage you to make an appointment so that we can provide you with the best service.  However, we gladly accept walk-ins, too.

Can I bring my children with me to Housing 1 Source?

Of course!  We love children, too.  We have a special play area to keep them entertained while you take care of business.

I have a home to sell or rent.  Do you provide seller representation?

Yes, we will gladly list your home for sale or rent, at competitive market rates.  If you are outside of the San Antonio area, we will gladly refer you to a qualified broker in your area.

How does Housing 1 Source support the military?

Housing 1 Source is very involved in many local and national organizations support our military including (but not limited to):  AUSA, AFA, Wounded Warrior Family Support Center, Soldiers Angels, Military-Civilian Club, National Military Family Association, Military Officers Association, and more.
